Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.  Lessons not used within this timescale will be forfeited.

Wundawheels agree to provide off-road lessons subject to availability and mutually agreed booking times and also reserve the right to change any lesson time or date if unforeseen circumstances dictate the need to do so. All bookings for the off-road must be made directly with the office. Instructors cannot take off-road bookings.   We cannot guarantee that a student will have the same instructor for each off-road lesson.

Where possible we shall endeavour to give voucher holders an appointment as soon as possible but must point out that sometimes due to demand it may be some weeks before an off-road lesson is available.

Should you require to cancel or re-schedule an appointment for any reason, 5 clear days’ notice must be given or a loss of fee will incur regardless of the reason. If you are cancelling within 5 days due to covid then you may be asked to provide proof of a positive covid test which will then allow us to reschedule your booking. We do not mind if you wish to transfer your lesson/s to another person but once purchased, we are unable to redeem gift vouchers for cash. Please note that off road vouchers are only redeemable for use in our off road facility.

When possible, if you have purchased a block of 10 sessions these can be redeemed for on road lessons if we are able to do so.

We reserve the right to refuse instruction to any person who may turn up for an appointment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or not in a fit state to drive.   No refund or re-schedule will be offered in this instance.

Our off road bookings are on a tight time budget so if a student arrives late for an appointment, they may only receive tuition for the remainder of their lesson time.  Instructors are unable to make the time up as their next student will be waiting.  However, if student is more than 30 minutes late for a lesson, the lesson may be forfeited.

We ask that all people attending the underage driving respect the racecourse and take their litter home with them.
